Raj Oil Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the pursuant to Company's previous intimation dated June 06, 2014 regarding referral application made by the Company to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) under the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.<BR><BR>The Company filed its reference to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) under the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 vide lodging Dated June 09, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Company informed that the BIFR has registered the application made by the Company under the provision of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
