| Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2014, has accepted resignation of Mr. Gourishankar Poddar from the post of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and from the Allotment Committee (Member).<br/><br/>Further the Board has appointed Mr. Prahlad Jajodia, as Non Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the Company. The newly appointed director would be Member in Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. | |
