| Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and appointment of Miss Amisha Shah (Practicing Company Secretary) as secretarial auditor for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities of the company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code, from February 06, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia, for approval of the un-audited Financial result for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. | |
