Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved Draft PAS-4 and PAS-5 for issuance and allotment of shares under Strategic Debt Restructuring Scheme to Lenders subject to the In-principal approval of the Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>2. Authorization has been given to Allotment Committee to allot shares as per Strategic Debt Restructing scheme.
