Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & SEBI circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company has formulated and published on Company's website "Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information".<BR><BR>Further, the Company has also adopted the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
