| Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider the audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, to be informed that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities of the company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code, from May 22, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia, for approval of the audited Financial result for the year ended March 31, 2016. | |
