Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016 has recommended Final Dividend of 5%, i.e Rs. 0.25 (25 paise only ) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the FY March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
