Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend 10% (Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of Face Value Rs. 5 each) on the equity shares of the Company as Final Dividend subject to AGM approval, which shall be payable to the members as at the Date of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
