Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2015, have approved the following : <BR><BR>- Board of Directors have given the approval to form a Subsidiary in Europe to expand the global foot print of the Company and authorised Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Chairman to carry out all the required formalities in this regard.
