Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Prevention of Insider Trading Rules, 2015 adopted by the Company and Section 195 of Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for trading in the Securities of the company by Directors, Officers, KMP's, Designated Persons from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive), on account of Board meeting of the Company convened on November 14, 2015.
