Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the "Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of un-published price sensitive information" as envisaged under Regulation B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company also has in place the Policy on "Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders" as envisaged under Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
