Re-appointment of Mrs. Usha as a whole-time director of the Company subject to the shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of Mr. Guruswamy Ramamurthy as a Managing director of the Company subject to the shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
