In this regard, we wish to inform the following:<BR> <BR> 1) The Board of Directors have fixed 20.09.2017 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the list of eligible shareholders for voting through electronic means at the AGM to be held on 27.09.2017.<BR> <BR> 2) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 21.09.2017 to 27.09.2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company to be held on 27.09.2017.<BR> <BR> Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take the above information on record. <BR>
