Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated employees and their dependent family members of the Company will remain closed from May 27, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
