Rallis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, has approved increase of the Company's stake in Metahelix Life Sciences Ltd. (Metahelix), subsidiary of the Company, from 80.51% to 100%. Consequently Metahelix will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on completion of the acquisition of the balance shares in Metahelix.
