In view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Thursday, 10th August, 2017 to inter-alia consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017, please be informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code') adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 29th July, 2017 upto 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results to the public.
