Rama Vision Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company to consider Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 will be held on February 09, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from January 28, 2017 upto 48 hours after Public Announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Reviewed) for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
