Ramco Systems Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. S S Ramachandra Raja and Shri. N K Shrikantan Raja, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, vide their letter of resignations dated August 01, 2014 and August 10, 2014 respectively, received by the Company on August 13, 2014, have tendered their resignation from the Board, to enable the Company to be in compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement (to be effective from October 01, 2014) regarding the composition of Board of Directors. As per Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, the resignation shall be effective from August 13, 2014.
