Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 30th May,2017, at Chennai to consider and approve amongst others, the Audited Financial Results (both standalone & consolidated) for the year ended 31't March,2017 . A copy of the said Audited Financial Results will be forwarded to you immediately after the meeting. Further we will be publishing the Consolidated Financial Results as required under Regulation 47 of LODR. In view of the above, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the said code) from May 19, 2017 To June 1, 2017 (both days Inclusive).
