Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from May 09, 2014 to May 20, 2014 (Both days inclusive) for declaration of Annual Financial Results for the year Ended March 31, 2014 of the Company.
