Rammaica India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016 inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve for adoption in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Directors and Designated Persons, pursuant to the Insider Trading Code, will be closed from May 20, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
