Rammaica India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- Adoption of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>It may also be noted that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Directors and Designated Persons, pursuant to the Insider Trading Code, will be closed from January 20, 2017 to February 01, 2017 (both days inclusive).
