| The Exchange had sought clarification from Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd with respect to the news articles appeared on May 24, 2014 regarding Andhra Pradesh High Court vacating the stay on the Sun Pharma Ranbaxy merger.<br/><br/>Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>The Hon'ble High Court pronounced the judgement in the Open Court on Saturday i.e. May 24, 2014 and has been covered in the media, though we have not issued any statement on this matter. We have received the copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court only today (May 28, 2014).<br/><br/>Further, we believe that the Order of the High Court did not have material impact on the operations/profitability of the Company. | |
