Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on July 29, 2014, inter-alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2014 as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, Trading window will remain closed from July 16, 2014 to July 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention for Insider Trading.
