Notice is hereby given that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited will be held on Friday, the 29th September, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Conference Hall, Saras Tourist Complex, Damdama, Sohna, Haryana. <BR> <BR> NOTICE is also given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Registers of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 26th September 2017 to Friday, 29th September 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR> <BR> The e-voting period will commence on 26th September 2017 (9.00 a. m) and will end on 28th September 2017 (5.00 p. m.), during which period the Members may cast their vote electronically.<BR>
