| Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014 along with Statement of Asset and Liabilities for the Half Year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed on account of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014 along with Statement of Asset and Liabilities for the Half Year ended September 30, 2014, for all designated employees for the period:<br/><br/>From November 12, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for trading in equity Shares of Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited.<br/><br/>The Trading Window will open from November 16, 2014 for trading in Equity Shares of Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited.<br/><br/>During the period, designated employees and their dependent family members are required not to deal in Equity Shares of Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited. | |
