Rasoya Proteins Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed November 28, 2014 as the relevant date/ cut-off date to determine the shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) entitled to receive the Postal Ballot Notice.<br/><br/>The electronic voting period begin on January 01, 2015 to (9:00 AM) and ends on January 03, 2015 (5:00 PM) and for those members who doesn't have access to the e-voting facility for them, the duly completed postal ballot forms should reach the scrutinizer appointed by the Company not later than January 03, 2015. The postal ballot forms received after the date will be treated as invalid.
