| Rasoya Proteins Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of tlie Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Directors/Officers/and Designated Employee of the Company from May 24, 2016 till the date of publication of financial results for tlie Fourth Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2016 in the newspapers. | |
