Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following business:<BR><BR>1. Considered and approved the code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders in terms of framed under Regulation 8(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015).<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved the Related Party Transactions Policy of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Noted the update of Legal cases and compliances filed by the Company against Mr. Anil Agrawal, Managing Director of M/s. Comfort Securities Pvt. Ltd., Merchant Banker and M/s. Comfort Intech Ltd. and his associates with various authorities.
