Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that Ring Plus Aqua Limited (RPAL), an unlisted step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement to sell / transfer as a going concern its Forging Business to Trinity India Forgetech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Smita Steels Rolling Mills Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 26 crores, subject to fulfilment of conditions precedent.
