Raymond Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Trinity India Limited and Ring Plus Aqua Limited has been approved by Honble High Court, Bombay on May 09, 2014. Pursuant to the approved Scheme, Trinity India Limited has merged into Ring Plus Aqua Limited from the appointed date i.e. April 01, 2013.<br/><br/>Accordingly, Trinity India Limited and Ring Plus Aqua Limited has filed Form INC-28 with Ministry of Corporate Affairs on receipt of certified copy of orders from Court.
