Rei Agro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 28, 2015, inter alia, to discuss, consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / Nine Months ended December 31, 2014 amongst other matters been adjourned sine die. Fresh date of meeting will be announced after consultation with Directors for consideration of the financial results of the Company.
