Reliance Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the "Reliance Capital Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors, other employees and connected persons covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of August 06, 2015 to closure of business hours of August 16, 2015.
