Reliance Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend payment of dividend on equity shares, if any. <BR> <BR>Pursuant to the "Reliance Capital Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI)", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors, other employees and connected persons covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 21, 2015 to closure of business hours of May 31, 2015.
