Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to discuss the following:<BR><BR>1. To Consider and approval of Audited Financial Results along with auditor's report thereon for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To recommend the Dividend on Equity Shares.<BR><BR>3. To recommend the Dividend on Preference Shares.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India and Fair Disclosure Code for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the "trading window" for trading in the shares of the Company by directors, officers, designated employees and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives), shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to the closing business hours on May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive).
