Shri Shanker Shroff withdraw his Chairmanship from the Board.<BR><BR>2. Shri Shanker Menon Non-Executive Director elected as Chairman of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Smt. Dipika Shroff appointed as Additional Director ( Women Director).<BR><BR>4. Shri V. B. L. Mathur, Independent Director has resigned from Directorship.
