Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that Fitch Ratings (Fitch) and Moodys Investors Services (Moodys), International rating agencies, have assigned BB- and Ba3 (Stable outlook) rating respectively, to Companys Senior Secured Notes of 6.5% due 2020 of USD 300 million. These ratings are at the same level as RComs Issuer-level Ratings assigned earlier by Fitch and Moodys i.e. BB- and Ba3 (Stable Outlook) respectively.
