| Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, designated employees and connected persons covered under the Code, from close of business hours of May 07, 2016 to close of business hours of May 16, 2016 (Both Days Inclusive). | |
