| We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017. The Board at the above Meeting will also consider to revalidate and approve the Rights Issue of equity shares upto Rs. 1,200 crore, which was approved at the Board Meeting held on April 22, 2016 and intimated to the stock exchanges earlier. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, designated employees and connected persons covered under the Code, from close of business hours of April 5, 2017 to close of business hours of April 13, 2017 (both days inclusive). | |
