Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that lDBl Bank Limited ("the Bank"), one of the Lenders of the Company, has communicated to the Company its decision of substitution of its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>The Bank has withdrawn the Nomination of Shri. Ajay Sharma from the Board and in his place, appointed Shri. Ajoy Nath Jha as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from November 28, 2016. The Board of the Company has today taken note of the said appointment.
