Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that IDBI Bank Limited ('the Bank'), one of the Lenders of the Company, has withdrawn the nomination of its nominee Shri Ajoy Nath Jha from the Board and in his place, nominated Shri Rajeev Kumar (DIN: 01879049) as its new Nominee on the Board of the Company. <BR> <BR> The Board of Directors has approved the said appointment. <BR> <BR> The information required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is enclosed as Annexure I.<BR> <BR> Kindly bring the above to the notice of your Members.
