Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2015, has appointed Smt. Bhama Krishnamurthy as an Additional Director with effect from March 26, 2015 to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company.<BR><BR>The Nomination and Remuneration Committee held on March 26, 2015 has considered her candidature and recommended her candidature to the Board for approval.
