Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2015 inter aliam, to consider, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company has inform that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading" would commence from 5.00 p.m. on July 03, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on July 13, 2015.
