Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six month ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the "Reliance Infrastructure Ltd - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 04, 2014 to the closure of business hours on November 13, 2014.
