| Reliance Power Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014:<br/><br/>The Standalone Unaudited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 72.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 446.10 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 1007.10 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 674.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.<br/><br/>"The figures for the previous periods are re-classified/re-grouped, wherever necessary. Figures for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 are not comparable with the previous period figures as it includes revenue and expenditure related to 45 mega watt Wind based power plant, acquired pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation with Erstwhile Reliance Clean Power Private Limited, sanctioned by the Honorable High Court of Bombay Vide Order Dated May 09, 2014."<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, Minority Interest and Share of Profit / (loss) of Associates of Rs. 2443.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2400.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 12062.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 to Rs. 18105.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. | |
