Reliance Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both stand-alone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the "Reliance Power Limited - Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 18, 2015 to the closure of business hours of May 27, 2015.
