With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2015 wherein the Company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to, inter alia, consider and approve the audited financial statements (both stand-alone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, shall be held on May 26, 2015, Reliance Power Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said letter, the Company have through inadvertence stated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees covered under the Reliance Power Limited - Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading shall remain closed from the closure of business hours of May 18, 2015, to the close of business hours of May 27, 2015. Please note that the trading window has been closed from the close of business hours of May 18, 2015, till the close of business hours of May 28, 2015, instead of May 27, 2015, as informed earlier.
