With reference to Increase in Price, Restile Ceramics Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"We wish to state that our company has always been filing all Price sensitive developments of our company to BSE well in time. Our Company in Board meeting dated March 03, 2014 and in EGM dated March 28, 2014 decided to restructure the company by way of merging with our other group companies with our company through BIFR, since our company is a sick industrial company registered with BIFR.This information was filed with BSE in time.<BR> <BR>We shall submit to BSE in time any other developments in the matter, We confirm that there is no other development in our company which is not filed with BSE."
