| Restile Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited financial results for the Third Quarter & Nine month ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 09, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen from February 10, 2016. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected, person / designated employees of the Company including relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. | |
