Restile Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, to consider among other things, Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from January 21, 2017 to February 01, 2017. The Trading Window shall reopen from February 02, 2017.
